Food security is still a problem even after all these years of progress in science and technology. This is something that is close to my heart and an area where I want to spend time at least on a part-time basis. This infographic from http://visual.ly shows the current state. Hunger is increasing in Sub-Saharan Africa while its on the decline in Asia and Latin America.
